First meeting in the kitchen with Caitlin spent mapping out our next seven weeks in Brasil. Breakfast/lunch included a few bananas, one mango, slivers of cheese and concord grapes – our eclectic diet returns without hesitation. Strange to think its been over a year since I was in this country, seems like we never left. The plan: Rio to Recife to SP to Sao Jose to Santos to Sao Jose to SP to Recife and then back to New York at the end of March. Already excited to get my travel on and see what adventures lie ahead.
